•Late payments are subject to a 5% late fee after a grace period of 5 business days.

•If the project is delayed due to late payments, a revised timeline will be agreed upon between both parties.

4. Refund Policy

•The deposit is non-refundable once the project begins.

•Refunds for the final payment will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Project Delays

•If payments are not received on time, the project may be put on hold until the balance is settled.

•Any additional project delays caused by a lack of feedback, content delivery, or other client actions may extend the project timeline.

6. Amendments to the Project

•Any changes to the agreed project scope or additional requests beyond the initial agreement may require an updated quote and timeline. Amendments to these terms require written agreement from both parties.

7. Ownership of Work

•Upon full payment, ownership of the website design and development, including any associated files, will transfer to the client.

•However, ownership of any third-party software or licensed materials (such as fonts, stock images, or plugins) remains with the original provider, and you may need to purchase your own licenses if necessary.

8. Website Hosting and Maintenance

•Hosting services and ongoing website maintenance (such as updates, backups, or SEO monitoring) are available but are not included in the project’s development fees unless specifically agreed upon.

•If hosting is provided, I will ensure uptime and server management as part of the hosting plan. Any hosting-related issues or downtime will be addressed as soon as possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

•I aim to provide a professional and secure website, but I cannot guarantee that your website will be completely free from security vulnerabilities or interruptions.

•In no event shall egidioromeu.com or Curty Digital LLC be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website, such as loss of revenue, business interruption, or data loss.

10. Privacy Policy and Data Protection
